 Ruide Brand "Jinbi" GP - VF High-Adhesion Anti-Slip Polymer-Modified Asphalt Waterproof Coating is a one-component water-based waterproof coating prepared via technologies such as interpenetrating networks, core-shell particles, self-crosslinking, and nano-modification, using high-quality emulsified asphalt and polymer modifiers.

 

The product is fine, of high quality, and stable in quality; after curing, it features high bonding strength and large elongation, and is especially suitable for membrane composite systems, applied to side wall waterproofing and vertical wall waterproofing of buildings.

One-component, ready-to-use after opening, convenient for construction; no heating is needed, and it can be troweled or sprayed for construction at room temperature. The daily completion volume of ordinary spraying equipment can reach over 1500㎡.

The coating has high bonding strength with the base layer and between the coating and membranes, with strong resistance to vertical anti-slip risks;

Fast drying speed, with an actual drying time <= 4 hours, enabling quick membrane laying and greatly shortening the construction interval.

Good storage stability, without demulsification, precipitation, or caking.

High bonding strength and good holding adhesion. It retains adhesion after drying and can form a gap-free "Jinbi" composite waterproof system of "coating + membrane" with membranes.

Strong adaptability to base layers. Both dry and wet base layers can be constructed on, and the waterproof layer will not be damaged due to base layer dislocation, ensuring the building structure always maintains a good sealed waterproof state.

Base layer treatment: The base layer shall be compact, flat, dust-free and stain-free. Uneven areas and damaged parts shall be polished smooth or repaired.

Node reinforcement construction: Reinforce internal and external corners, construction joints and other parts by the "coating + non-woven fabric" method (non-woven fabric is recommended to be 60 - 80g/㎡). First, apply one coat of coating at detailed nodes, and paste non-woven fabric for reinforcement before the coating dries; after compaction and pasting, apply another coat of coating on the surface of the non-woven fabric.

Large-area coating construction: Mechanical spraying is preferred (brushing is also feasible). The "cross" spraying method shall be adopted for spraying, and the thickness of each spray coating shall not exceed 1.0mm. The coating shall be uniform without sagging or accumulation.

After the first coat of coating dries, the second coat can be applied. After the second coat dries, the third coat can be sprayed (the spraying amount of the third coat shall be controlled according to the designed thickness and the actual measured thickness on site). After the coating dries and passes acceptance inspection, the membrane can be laid.

This product is packaged in plastic barrels, 50kg per barrel.

The product shall be stored in a warehouse at 5 - 40℃. Avoid direct sunlight and rain in summer, and ensure ventilation.

Under normal transportation and storage conditions, the storage period is 6 months from the date of production.

Suitable for large-area vertical spraying and composite construction with membranes.

Suitable for reinforcement treatment of complex vertical parts, such as pipe roots, construction joints, etc.

Suitable for waterproofing of underground engineering and concrete roof engineering in industrial and civil buildings. This product can be used in combination with self-adhesive membranes or hot-melt membranes to form a "Jinbi" composite waterproof system.
